Associate Director of Wireless Business Sales
Southfield, MI

Duties:

This strategic position is responsible for driving the Business channel to achieve sales goals including increasing ARPU, managing churn and increasing market penetration. Responsible for the management and development of a team of National and Major Account Managers and Business Sales Representatives including hiring and motivating, coaching and managing team to meet and exceed key performance objectives. Ensure customers receive top levels of service to promote Client as the market leader in the wireless industry.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 5 to 7 years business sales experience or sales experience in a related field with proven results.
- 5 to 7 years business sales management experience or management experience in a related field.
- Superior organizational, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, staff development and operations skills are required.
- This position requires the ability to meet aggressive deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, customer and team-oriented work environment.
- Effective use of PC including Microsoft Office required.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills required.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Ability to present to various audiences.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations/ valid driver’s license required with a good driving record and proof of insurance.
