Job Title: Compliance Manager, Tricare Overseas Program

Overall Purpose Of The Job
1. To coordinate, audit and monitor International SOS’s and our sub-Contractors’ compliance and performance with the agreements, policies, operations manuals and regulations relevant to the services provided to Tricare and provide audit reports and recommendations. .
2. To review work orders and requests from Tricare to amend the Tricare services, agreements, policies, manuals and regulations, and to coordinate with the responsible people within Client and our sub-Contractors to develop a response and to communicate that response to Tricare.
Specific Responsiblities
• Responsible for Client's and our sub-Contractors’ compliance with agreements, policies, operations manuals and regulations relevant to the services provided to Tricare .
• Monitor and audit and provide audit reports and recommendations to ensure the orderly and effective implementation and performance of the relevant agreements, policies, operations manuals and regulations.
• Provide assistance with the development in writing of service definitions, standard reports, standard operations and billings procedures and training of the stakeholders.
• Manage the renewals of the relevant agreements.
• Propose and draft amendments to the relevant agreements, policies and operations manuals.
• Manage the review of International SOS’s and the sub-Contractors’ costs, fees and prices.
• Compliance will be achieved by:
o On-site visits.
o Audit of actual service delivery against the contracted scope of services
o Assessment, analysis and proposal to rectify non-compliance
o Establishing regular compliance reporting
o Monitoring of billing compliance through the development of a standard monitoring tool.
• Audit and report on services delivered: actual versus contractual.
• Define and implement monthly reports on compliance.
• Optimize the Program’s billings within the terms of the contractual and other regulatory requirements.

Required Work Experience
• Experience of US government contracting.
• Previous experience of Tricare procurement would be an advantage.
• A minimum of 10 years experience in contract compliance or contract management;
• Preferably previous experience in blue-chip MNC.
Required Qualifications
• Postgraduate studies will be an advantage
Travel Requirements
• A moderate level of travel will be required
