Unit Description:
Client has a new opportunity for a District Manager who will be responsible for accounts in Atlanta, GA. Managed volume will be close to $17 Million and previous experience with multi-unit food service operations strongly desired.

Job Description: Position Summary:
Serves as the primary representative of Client for multiple accounts in a designated geographic area.

Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geographic area through subordinate managers, supervisors and employees including financialperformance, client retention, and employee training and development.

Works with each client and the VP in all matters relating to contract and account operations in order to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention.
 

• Develops a business plan and budget for the accounts with the GMs.
• Must be highly organized, detailed and financially focused.
• Successful candidate will possess excellent client, customer and employee communication skills.
• Must be highly knowledgeable in Food Cost, Inventory, Labor Cost, Client Subsidies and sales growth strategies.
• Directs supervision of approximately 25-30 managers and oversee 17 million managed volume.

Basic Education Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: 5 year(s) of lead/supervisory/management experience

5 year(s) You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.
