We are looking for a results-driven sales professional who will sell residential and light commercial HVAC products and services.

Job Accountabilities include:
· Consults with home owners regarding the overall comfort in their home
· Delivers sales presentations on residential HVAC products and services
· Conducts customer and technical assessments
· Collects information for and perform load calculations
· Prepares pricing, presents proposals, negotiates and closes sales
· Plans and exceeds forecasted goals
· Makes cold calls and referral contacts
· Schedules sales appointments

Minimum Requirements include:
· 3+ years of sales experience
· HS diploma or GED
· Excellent customer service, presentation and communication skills
· HVAC knowledge and experience a plus
