Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

The Sales Representative gains access and drives market share utilizing strategic planning, a value proposition, and key account development to spur sales growth of Company  products.

Responsibilities:
1. As a valuable field selling organization, communicating and selling the value of  products to high visibility, targeted customers to include IHN’s, and GPO’s to achieve sales growth expectations.
2. Creation and management of deep relationships with high visibility, targeted customers to promote win-win business outcomes.
3. Creation, negotiation, execution, and ongoing management of  accounts.
4. Reporting results, ongoing issues, market insights, strategies, tactics, feedback to peers, and management.
 

Requirements:
College degree and minimun 2 years of successful healthcare marketing/sales or management experience

Preferably: 3-5 years experience in healthcare, or pharmaceutical/medical device hospital sales management.

The ability to lead and collaborate with others in a matrix management relationship to execute plans in a timely manner is imperative. Analytical and financial skills are necessary, as is good judgment in dealing with customers of this level of importance
