Client, is a leading global beauty company. As the world's largest direct seller client markets to women in more than 100 countries through over 5.5 million independent Sales Representatives. Product line includes beauty products, fashion jewelry and apparel, and features such well-recognized brand names.

Description

The Senior Manager, Brand Marketing (NA Customer Segmentation) will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the incremental growth planned for the NA business.

 

Specifically, the candidate will:

•Manage P&L associated with targeted consumer segments.
•Evolve strategy to grow new customer segments.
•Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans - including P&L.
•Develop detailed growth plans with Finance and IMI (recruiting by zip code).
•Develop detailed marketing programs and activate programs
•Execute Online strategy and Brochure Strategy (with Commercial Marketing Team)
•Continue to test new ways of growing customer segments.
•Analyze overall success of marketing programs and optimize.
•Create sales tools and incentives needed to recruit.
•Act as guardian of the brand positioning developed in Global/COE.
•Ensure that each campaign is optimized in terms of the customer segments they are responsible for.
•Monitor competitive activity and strategies, and adjust plans accordingly.
•Liaise with Commercial Marketing, IMI, Finance, Communication, Online, creative, estimating, customer service, legal, Spanish translation, new product development/R&D
•They will interface with Campaign Planning to ensure all plans are implemented in accordance with the targeted consumer segments.
•They will collaborate with Creative to ensure all strategies are executed into creative, effective, and prpoductive brochure promotions.
•Collaborate with sales to develop detailed growth plans by division, and incentives to align motivation
•The incumbent will ensure the integration, collaboration and communication among the North America Commercial Marketing team

Qualifications

•MBA from top-tier school.
•7 years experience in Marketing.
•Mix of traditional large company (CPG) and small company (entrepreneurial) expertise.
•Spanish as native (or dual) language.
