Senior Recruiting Specialist

General Description:
The Client Company is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiting Specialist to join our dynamic recruiting team. This person will recruit and select top talent to fill positions throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
Job Requirements:
• 5 years of recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and hiring candidates
• Administers test and conducts initial interviews to ensure only qualified candidates are referred to the hiring managers
• 20% travel required
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communications, Business or HR
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management
• Ability to interact with external agencies and internal recruiting team to source candidates
• Knowledge of EEO and OFCCP regulations
• Participate in external and internal job fairs.
Job Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to consult on hiring plans, define job requirements, develop candidate generation strategies and screen candidates through the full life-cycle recruiting process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external employment sources, such as employment agencies, academic placement officers, and actively participates in local personnel associations.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills while performing in a high performance recruiting team.
• Ensures that recruiting and hiring practices are in compliance with governmental regulations.
• Coach hiring managers throughout recruiting and hiring process.
• Experience in identifying and implementing best practices in recruiting
• Experience in creating compliant job descriptions in line with industry standards
